Set Fail Error

If you get the error "Set Fail" when trying to connect your data logger to your Wi-Fi, this could be caused due to your connection type or firewall. 

 

1. Ensure that your router has 2.4ghz enabled as well as 5ghz. The data logger was designed to only use 2g simply because it doesn't require a fast connection and 2g can travel much further compared to 5g. 

2. Ensure that you 2.5GHz hotspot SSID (the name) and the "password" does consist only of letters and numbers. Remove any special characters or spaces. 

3. Add our connections to your whitelist / exceptions. Within your router settings, you may need to add 2 connection address to the whitelist or exception list, these are: 
 
iot.e-linter.com:51100 
ukiot.sunsynk.net:51100
