Sharing a Plant with a Customer

  1. Log in to the portal. 

  1. Click on “Plant List” under the My Plants tab. 
     

  1. Search for the Plant Name 
    (Case sensitive) 

  1. On the far-right column under Moreclick the three white dots and select Share. 
     

  1. You will now see all accounts that currently have access to the plant, along with their role permissions. 
     

  1. To add a new account: 

  • Click Add Account 

  • Enter the customer's email address 

  • Select the desired role 

  • Click Confirm
