Unable to Change Settings Remotely

If you are unable to change inverter settings using the Sunsynk Connect app or platform, this will be because you only have visitor rights to the plant. 

 

To gain access to the inverter settings, you need to be either the owner or manager of the plant. 

 

Please contact the person who created the plant for you and ask them to share the plant to you as a manager or transfer the ownership to you. 

 

After confirming you are a manger of the plant if settings still cannot be changed, please check remote access is enabled on the inverter display. 

 

Settings -> Basic -> Remote -> Allow Remote Access
