Low Voltage - Wiring Information for Multiple Batteries

Before reading this document, please refer to the table below, which sets out the maximum number of batteries that can be wired together according to the battery model. Please be advised that when mixing compatible battery models, it is essential to consider the smallest number between all the different models that have been installed.

Example for up to 2 batteries and 1 inverter 

No bus bar required, and a single battery breaker is sufficient.  

Example for 3 or more batteries and 1 inverter. 

Bus bar is required and a battery breaker per battery is needed.
